We've been having some FREEZING weather and there is nothing better to do on a frigid day than some baking!
I've made these sweet treats a few times and they are ALWAYS a hit. They are super easy too! They are the best of both worlds...cookies and cake. You can make them from scratch, but they are just as yummy if you start with Funfetti cake mix.
Ingredients:
1 box of Funfetti cake mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cake mix and baking powder. Mix in the eggs one at a time then vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in the sprinkles. Place on cookie sheet.
- Use the bottom of a glass to press each cookie down. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
