I absolutely love this outfit. It has every girly detail (my favorite). This bell sleeve top is so fun, and I love the open back! This flower accessory reminds me so much of something Carrie Bradshaw would wear. Although she took MANY fashion risks on Sex and the City, she is a style icon (and I may have been watching way too much of that show lately).
