Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Today I wanted to share with you these AH-MAZING Peanut Butter Cup Brownies.  They are so easy to make and the peanut butter buttercream frosting is divine!  To make these delicious treats all you need to do is mix up your favorite brownie mix (or box mix) and put them in mini muffin tins and place a Reese's peanut butter cup in each brownie before putting them in the oven. I used mini Reese's cups, but you could use the bigger ones if you want.  The best part about these brownies is the frosting.

Here is the recipe:

1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Keep these brownies covered in the refridgerator :) Enjoy!

It seems the snow is here to stay, so you will be seeing a lot more of it in my upcoming posts!  I adore this bright pink vest from Mindy Mae's Market. It is perfect for brightening up a winter outfit. Thanks for stopping by!

Frrrrrozen Hot Chocolate

My love for this delicious treat began when I first tried it at the original Serendipity restaurant in New York City.  I had heard about it and despite the long wait, waited hours to eat there.  Their signature drink, Frozen Hot Chocolate, was way worth the wait!  I also visited Serendipity 3 in Las Vegas when I was there a few years ago.  That is where I discovered Peanut Butter Frozen Hot Chocolate.  It is by far one of my favorite desserts.  My sister bought me a Serendipity mug and cookbook a few years ago and Zach actually bought me the pre made mix (which is available for purchase at either location or online here).  Whether you make it from scratch or use the mix, it is delicious! This cookbook also includes a ton of other recipes and other twists on the original Frozen Hot Chocolate.  I am going to share the Peanut Butter recipe since it is my favorite.

Ingredients:
6 half-ounce pieces of your favorite chocolate (melted and cooled)
3 cups ice
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. store bough hot chocolate mix

Blend ingredients together until smooth.  Add whipped cream if you would like and top with chocolate shavings (or peanut butter cups as I did). Enjoy!

Faux Fur

Sweater: old (similar here), Plaid: J. Crew, Jeans: H&M, Boots: Steve Madden via Nordstrom, Bag: Louis Vuitton, Faux fur scarf: Nordstrom, Hat: Nordstrom, Lips: MAC 'Rebel', Sunglasses: Forever 21 also love these

This faux fur scarf is one of my new favorites! It is so cozy and warm (and not to mention adorable). These boots are one of my new go-tos.  I love the faux fur detail and they are so comfortable. This is my last post I did before all the snow hit.  I have a feeling this snow will be sticking around until March or April. I'm just hoping these single digit temperatures will go away soon! I'm already dreaming about spring.  Thanks for reading!
