Hi! It has been a LONG time since I have posted, but I wanted to share this Olympic breakfast board I made. We watched the Olympic Opening Ceremony and ate this - a perfect way to kick off the Olympics!
I've always loved the Olympics, especially the Summer Olympics and after last year's cancellation, this year seems even more exciting. The last Olympics were the summer of our wedding (five years ago) and I remember it so well.
I used mini M&M's for the rings, then made mini M&M pancakes to go with it. I Face-timed my five year old niece, Charlotte to show her, and she had to request M&M's of her own to make Olympic rings as well! So sweet.
I've loved making breakfast boards the past couple years. I'm currently trying to get together a few more posts to share with all my breakfast board ideas I have made. Stay tuned!
