Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend.  I am wearing these Tory Burch boots again.  They are my favorite fall go-to. I also want to make sure to wear all my fall dresses before it gets too cold.  Michigan weather seems to skip straight to winter sometimes.  I loved this dress right when I saw it and it is such a great price!  It is not a dress I would wear to work, but it is perfect for a casual fall weekend.  I also love the colors with this camel blazer.  Adding a blazer is an easy way to dress up an outfit. Pumpkin Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies

On a rainy fall Saturday, the best thing to do is bake some yummy fall treats!  These pumpkin oatmeal cookies with dark chocolate chips are delicious, and they are the perfect fall dessert.  Here is the recipe:

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups oats

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 1/3 cups brown sugar

2/3 cups sugar

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. ginger

3/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

1 egg

1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree

1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.  I highly recommend using a Silpat (nonstick and easy to use and clean!) but parchment paper or a greased cookie sheet will also work. Allow to cool and enjoy!

I got this coat at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I am so excited to start wearing it! Unfortunately, it is no longer available, but Nordstrom still has one very similar.  I love the faux leather and the black and white mix.  I also have been dying to wear these over the knee boots (that I also got at the Anniversary sale).   I am loving over the knee boots this season, and these have the perfect heel height.  They can be easily dressed up or down and very comfortable.  I also love these simple necklaces from Gigglosophy on Etsy.  I wear them all the time.  I bought them in different lengths so I can wear them at the same time.  Thanks for stopping by!

Happy hump day and happy October (my FAVORITE month)! We have been having some gorgeous weather the past few days. It feels like summer again! It is the perfect time to wear the new fall dresses I have bought.  Usually when I buy fall dresses I rarely get the chance to wear them without tights because the temps seem to drop so quickly! I have thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather this year.  I found this dress at Target (under $30-such a steal!) and I loved the fall colors right away.  I also love that it can be dressed up with heels or dressed down with boots for a more casual look.  I also just got this lipstick and I am obsessed! It is seriously the perfect fall lip color.  It is not too bold, but adds the perfect amount of color.  I am usually reluctant to choose lip colors in the brown family (I usually like a little more red or purple), but I thought I would try this one out, and boy am I glad I did!
