Let the Wedding Festivities Begin

Today I wanted to share a peek into my bridal shower this past weekend!  I had such a wonderful time and enjoyed every single minute of it! Everything was perfect. I was overwhelmed with the love that we were showered with. It was such a great day! I really wanted to do a DIY floral crown post about how I made it, but I didn't take any pictures while I did it [fail].  I'll try to remake it sometime and give step by step directions. It took a bit of time, but it was so fun to make!

No surprise, I opted for a tulle skirt for my shower. I have way too many of these now, but I just adore them. They are so fun to wear and make for the ultimate girly look. It is so exciting that wedding festivities have officially begun! I can't believe how fast our big day is approaching! Next on the list, bachelorette party this weekend. The Perfect Twirling Dress

This dress is so perfect for any special occasion you have coming up! It is SO comfortable and the pleating makes it the perfect twirling dress. I considered buying it in the yellow also because I love it so much! It fits pretty TTS.

This is pretty much the craziest week ever! I feel like I have been saying that a lot (also why my number of blog posts has decreased lately), but this week is DEFINITELY the busiest for me. We started off the week with our bridal shower on Sunday, which was absolutely amazing (more to come on that soon). This is also our last week of school (which is always crazy) AND my bachelorette party is this weekend in Chicago! So much excitement! I am so ready for summer break and I can't wait for wedding festivities to continue!

Hot Pink Perfection

Well we just about made it through the week. Today is one of my least favorite days of the whole school year, field day.  It may sound like a free day, but it usually ends up being a day filled with yelling, complaining, crying, and arguing. I always hope for the best, but at this point in the school year, you just never know what could happen. Thank goodness it is on a Friday so we have two days off to recover.
I LOVE this ruffle shift dress. The picture online does NOT do it justice. It is neon pink and so adorable. I love a good shift dress, and I love that it doesn't have to fit perfectly. It can be dressed up or dressed down for summer. I love bright colors for summer and this dress does not disappoint. As you can tell, I've been wearing these shoes non-stop. They are super comfortable and go with everything. I linked a few other pairs I really like too.
