Go-to Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins





So these are pretty much my favorite muffins. I have been making them for years and I have never gotten sick of them! They are delicious and even contain healthy ingredients (the chocolate chips don't hurt either). I make them every couple weeks. I like mini muffins better than banana bread or regular muffins, but you could definitely use this recipe to make whatever you like best. Here is the recipe:

1/2 cup butter melted
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup mashed bananas (about two large bananas)
1 1/4 cups flour (I use whole wheat flour usually)
2/3 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cups chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes (longer for regular muffins or bread), Try them out and let me know what you think!
