There's nothing like trying a new recipe. I tried these neapolitan cupcakes for the first time, and I must say, they are DELICIOUS! I have always loved Neapolitan ice cream, so I decided to make my version of Neapolitan ice cream in a cupcake form. I LOVE all the flavors together. I used my regular chocolate and vanilla cupcake recipe and layered them before baking. Then I made some strawberry buttercream frosting to go on top. A few chocolate sprinkles and these were good to go! I also made some mini cupcakes too with just one flavored cake (I can never resist the mini cupcakes!). I will definitely be making these again!
