Here are a few treats that I've made lately...

Chocolate peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies

I have to share this recipe with you because these are SO yummy! I used cut up peanut butter cups and a dark chocolate bar broken into small pieces, but you could use chocolate chips or any other chips you like! Personally, I don't think you can ever go wrong with the peanut butter & chocolate combination. 

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melted and cooled)
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup powdered cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter cups pieces
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

A great tip is to freeze the peanut butter cups before you cut them and add them.  This helps keep them together and makes for a little less mess. Also make sure you stir in the peanut butter cups and chocolate chunks instead of using the mixer.  Bake them at 375 degrees for about 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
