I wanted to share my 4th of July treats today. There is nothing more American than apple pie, and these mini pies are perfect for the 4th! I love everything in smaller sizes (mini cupcakes are so much better than regular cupcakes!) so obviously mini pies are my favorite. I made them in large muffin tins and they were the perfect size. I also made a fruit trifle that was relatively easy and delicious! I layered angel food cake, blueberries, Cool Whip mixed with vanilla pudding, & strawberries.
