12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped (I like Ghirardelli)
6 cups strawberry milk (can use regular whole milk if you prefer)
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Place white chocolate in a bowl and set aside. Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to form on edges (less than 5 minutes). Pour over white chocolate and stir. Whisk in vanilla. Add whip cream and chocolate sprinkles if desired.
Happy February! I can't believe it is already February, but I am looking forward to sharing Valentine's Day treats this week and next week. Starting with this delicious strawberry hot cocoa. The only thing better than a sugar rimmed glass, is a chocolate rimmed glass! It is super easy to do, just melt chocolate in a shallow dish and dip glass straight into the chocolate. I let it harden then dipped one more time. You can put the glass in the fridge if you want it to harden faster. I love strawberry flavored anything, but you can also use regular milk in case you aren't a fan of strawberry. You can add a drop of red food coloring for a fun Valentine's Day look.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
